Khloe Kardashian has given fans the most honest glimpse yet into her thoughts about having a third child, and she is entertaining the idea due to one person, her daughter True.
During the September 30, 2026 episode of her podcast Khloe in Wonder Land, the 42-year-old Kardashians star revealed in conversation with guest Paige DeSorbo that her daughter has been persistent with one request.
“All True does — she wants a sister,” Khloe told DeSorbo.
Khloe then opened up about an option readily available as she confirmed she has an embryo sitting in the freezer, an IVF process she underwent with her ex, NBA star Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares True and her four-year-old son Tatum Thompson.
“She’s on ice,” Khloe quipped, before pausing, “but I just don’t know.”
She then proceeded with a question: “I think girls need a sister, but am I just programmed to think that?”
DeSorbo, who does not have a sister herself, shared that she had mistakenly referred to her best friend as her sister in a recent conversation, which she claimed to be a reflex she had not even noticed.
“That is your new sister. True can still have that — without the freezer baby,” Khloe said, suggesting that close female friendships and cousins could fill the void just as meaningfully as a biological sister.
She also noted that True is not keeping quiet about the embryo situation either as in a previous episode of the podcast, Khloe revealed True knows she has a sister in the freezer and will tell people that, prompting Khloe to joke that she needed to add some context before people started imagining something out of a horror movie.
“I’m like, we need context, though. They’ll think I have a little girl in my freezer,” she laughed.
