Travis Kelce says his wedding to Taylor Swift at Madison Square Garden was a night he will never forget, describing the ceremony as intimate, private and “insane.”
Speaking on the September 2 episode of the New Heights podcast, Kelce said he and Swift were grateful to everyone who attended their July 3 wedding.
“It was a night we’ll never forget. Me and Taylor are so thankful for everybody that showed up,” he said. “From the vows to the seeing everyone to how much fun we had throughout the entire evening, it was just so magical, man.”
Kelce also praised Madison Square Garden for helping them create the private setting they wanted, and thanked comedian Adam Sandler for officiating the ceremony.
“He has been just the f–king best person on this planet,” Kelce said of Sandler, praising the way he handled the ceremony.
Swift and Kelce reportedly exchanged vows in front of about 1,000 family members and friends, with Swift’s brother Austin serving as her Man of Honor and Kelce’s brother Jason as his Best Man.
Kelce’s mother, Donna, also described the wedding as “magical” the day after the ceremony.
