His identity has been revealed as Chirayu Rana, a 35 year old who was a former staff at JPMorgan and now works at Bregal Sagemount.

In the now withdrawn suit, he had accused the 37 year old woman Hajdini of turning him into her s*x slave by drugging him with Rohypnol and Viagra and threatening to cut his bonus if he refused. The filing also claimed she showed up unannounced at his apartment and forced him to have sex.

Chirayu Rana,

The woman, Hajdini had rejected the allegations, and through her lawyers told The New York Times ‘“Lorna categorically denies the allegations. She never engaged in any inappropriate conduct with this individual of any kind and has never even been to the location where the alleged sexual assault supposedly took place.”

JPMorgans Reactions

JPMorgan says it conducted internal investigations intot he allegations and found no evidence and during the period of the investigations the man making the accusations decliend to provide facts.

“While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations.”

Sources said Rana filed an internal complaint in May 2025, accusing the bank of race- and gender-based harassment and abuse of power. He later attempted to negotiate a multimillion-dollar exit package.

The lawsuit also named JPMorgan Chase as a defendant, accusing the firm of retaliation and failing to properly investigate. However, insiders noted that Rana and Hajdini were colleagues rather than manager and subordinate, working under different managing directors.

Hajdini reported to Brandon Graffeo, while Rana reported to Jon Wolter, meaning she had no influence over his compensation. The leveraged finance team they worked on focuses on major corporate deals including acquisitions and buyouts
